We have enjoyed our whole school topic about the war

The children have really taken a liking to the whole school topic of journeys. They have enjoyed using the train tracks and cars on the carpet but have also used them to create amazing artwork.  Other children have created their own vehicles, using stickle bricks and building blocks. We have also been vehicles, using stickle bricks and building blocks. We have also been practicing our satpin letters in phonics.

The children of Reception Brown have settled in really well to school life. They have been learning the rules and routines of the classroom and have started to practice their name writing and number formation. The children have also enjoyed using different textures and materials to create a picture such as sand, tissue paper and foam.
